Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and reliable experience for all clients, PERFECT X SERVICES LLC maintains the following booking policy for all services. 1. Appointment Scheduling Clients may book services online at any time. All appointments are confirmed once the booking is completed. Some services may require additional information before the session begins (documents, login credentials, project details, etc.). 2. Deposits (If Applicable) Certain services—such as Website Design, Digital Setup, and advanced Document or Tax Preparation—may require a non‑refundable deposit to secure the appointment. Deposits are applied toward the final service cost. 3. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time: No fee • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment: 25% cancellation fee • No‑shows (missed appointments without notice): Full service fee may be charged 4. Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their appointment once without penalty if done 24 hours or more before the scheduled time. Rescheduling within 24 hours may result in a $25 rescheduling fee. 5. Late Arrival A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. After 10 minutes, the session may be shortened or marked as a no‑show, depending on service type and schedule availability. 6. Required Information For certain services, clients must provide necessary materials before the appointment, such as: • Documents • Access credentials • Project details • Tax forms • Translation files Failure to provide required information may delay the service or require rescheduling. 7. Project-Based Services (Website Design & Digital Setup) Once project work has begun: • Deposits are non‑refundable • If a client cancels mid‑project, fees for completed work will still apply • Extended delays of 7 days or more in providing required content may result in additional fees or project rescheduling 8. Provider Cancellations If PERFECT X SERVICES LLC must cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly and offered the next available appointment without any fees. 9. Communication All booking updates, confirmations, and reminders will be sent via email or SMS (depending on client preference). Clients are responsible for ensuring their contact information is accurate. 10. Agreement By booking any service with PERFECT X SERVICES LLC, the client agrees to this Booking Policy and acknowledges responsibility for adhering to all
